Back Pastor Yanamala Ramakrishnudu on Wednesday said the fifteenth Back Commission should authorize assets to Andhra Pradesh by taking a practical perspective of the circumstance and not aimlessly pass by its Terms of Reference (ToR).
In a public statement, he said numerous States accepting complaint to the ToR as they were against the soul of the Constitution and federalism.
The Fund Priests of different States had argued for amending certain oddities in the criteria that framed the premise of the ToR, and it ought to be recalled that A.P. should have been given an exceptional treatment as bifurcation gave it a serious blow, Mr. Ramakrishnudu said.
He said the devolution of assets by the Focal government to the States should happen naturally. Since the Middle had the prudence to give gifts in-help, unfairness was being done to the States managed by non-BJP parties, he affirmed.
The Pastor said the ToR were with the end goal that bad form would be done to the performing States. Shockingly, claims to the fourteenth Back Commission to fix the shamefulness supposedly distributed by the Focal government failed to be noticed, he included.
‘Nexus out in open’
Mr. Ramakrishnudu affirmed that by-decisions were not held for the five Lok Sabha seats that had fallen empty after the abdication of the YSRCP MPs because of its implied understanding with the BJP.
